Unfortunatly the use of high vacum suction in conventional liposuction can result in the removal of too much fat in an area, creating irregularities, gouges and grooves.  This is accomplishes by carefully recontouring the edges of grooves and then tightening the overlying skin.  The exclusive use of fine cannulas and low-vacuum syringe suction permits correction sculpturing that would be impossible with conventional instrumentation.
