These lasers utilize a cold spray in conjunction with laser light to maximize results while minimizing side effects. The GentleYAG is the safest laser available for dark skin. You typically will need 4-6 treatments and usually needs to be repeated every 6-8 weeks. After that time the amount of hair present will be reduced, and most hair loss will be permanent. Facial hair can sometimes require more treatments than other areas and may need touch-ups in the future. This treatment is safe for all skin types.
